These guys are the real deal. If your car has a problem (or two), they do their best to give you options (i.e., you should fix this now, but you can wait on this other issue). I'm probably their best customer this year... with a Mini S with 90,000 miles that decided to have all of its problems at once... ;-)) but even so they've always been lovely. When this most recent repair threatened an upcoming vacation, they even made sure I was set up with a car so I could get to my destination. Amazing.

Patrick and Mike is honest with their diagnosis of the issues, researches problems and solutions when needed, and educates the customer in a simple and understandable way. The quality of work shows just how much they care about the work they do. Patrick has even gone above and beyond to help our family in recommending vehicles as well as stayed after hours to go through options. Not only do I have pure confidence, but it is because of them I can feel comfortable in any car, even those high maintenance ones that we all fear driving too close to the shop!

Took my 2009 mini with 98K miles to them for the first time last week ---- car is running great! Glad to have found Bimmer Rescue, as I look forward to them keeping my mini running so that I can get another 90k miles out of it! I LOVE my Mini!!

Bimmer Rescue, as personified by Patrick and Mike, are truly top-notch professionals who dare to care and fully engage regarding the immediate and long-range maintenance plan for my X5. I am new to the Richmond area and tremendously glad that Bimmer Rescue was recommended to me by an associate.

Had them do a full inspection of an E90 i purchased used, it was incredibly thorough. It allowed me to more efficiently fix some of the small stuff myself, and I'll have these guys do the more difficult stuff now that I have an E36 I can drive while the E90 is down. Super knowledgeable and great communication, much more helpful and frankly more knowledgeable than authorized BMW dealers i have dealt with
