I had a leak in the back on the driver side and could not figure out where the water was coming in. I took it to a couple of other garages and both assured me it was the drains from the sunroof that were clogged. I had one of them clean the drains and I thought that was that. I ran it through a car wash and the water was still there. I called one of the shops and they recommended Bimmer Rescue. I took my car to Bimmer Rescue and described the problem. Showed them where I thought the water was coming in and left the car there. I was called early the next day with a description of the problem and what was required to take care of it. Long story short, no more water! Even with the crazy rain we've had, no more water. I would highly recommend these guys. Kyle was great and the service techs did a wonderful job. While they had my car they performed an in-depth inspection and sent me the report. I was told my 2012 328i is in great condition. There were a few non critical recommendations regarding fluids which were coming up anyway. Thanks so much Bimmer Rescue. I will be seeing you again for routine maintenance and if there are any issues that ever come up.

AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about Bimmer Rescue. My 2009 3series has incurred more issues than I expected, but every time something comes up, Patrick or Mike at Bimmer Rescue always save the day. They are reliable, friendly, timely, and always charge a fair price. And of course, they are extremely knowledgeable about cars, especially BMW's. They always offer to pay for a ride home/provide a rental if needed. Ive never waited longer than three days for my car to be back in perfect shape. Car trouble can never be considered a good time, but Bimmer Rescue makes the experience a whole lot less painful. I honestly don't know what I would do without them! Thanks guys!

Bimmer Rescue is THE place to turn your Bummer BMW back to Bimmer. Phenomenal customer service. Staff is very Professional, friendly, and proactive. Special shout out to Patrick and Kyle for going above and beyond in coming up with the best plan to rescue my BMW. Highly recommended to all the Bimmer owners. After spending close to $10k at the Audi dealership in a little over a year on repairs and maintenance on my A8L, I was at my wits end. My experience with BR was markedly different, starting from my 1st phone call, when Patrick asked me detailed questions about my baby and told me to bring her right in and they'd get me in either a loaner or a rental (the dealership was offering an appt 2 weeks out & couldn't assure a loaner). By the next business day, they sent me a 12 page diagnostic report (with pictures and videos included!) on my car assessing the good & bad of every system in my car, triaging what was most important to address and what could wait. Because so much had to be done (due to what the dealership had NOT done), and because they took the time to deal with my 3rd party warranty company (something the dealership refused to do), they had my car for almost 3 weeks - completely footing a rental or loaner for me the entire time! In 1 service they fixed issues the dealership had been mucking around with for a year over multiple services. Customer service is 2nd to none - the shop is immaculate and modern, cold beer in the fridge, a treasure box for kids...Patrick even sent a mobile detailer to my house to clean my car afterwards! They give a 3 year warranty on all service - unheard of by the dealership. Was it cheap? Thankfully no - you don't want cheap work done on an $80k vehicle. But the charges were no more than the dealership and probably even less, all things considered. I wish I had found them from the beginning but now I won't go anywhere else!

Excellent service and communication. Mike and Patrick are very friendly and helpful. They give you the right diagnosis unlike some other service shops. We are very pleased with their work so far and would definitely use their service again!
