Bimmer Rescue
After spending close to $10k at the Audi dealership in a little over a year on repairs and maintenance on my A8L, I was at my wits end. My experience with BR was markedly different, starting from my 1st phone call, when Patrick asked me detailed questions about my baby and told me to bring her right in and they'd get me in either a loaner or a rental (the dealership was offering an appt 2 weeks out & couldn't assure a loaner). By the next business day, they sent me a 12 page diagnostic report (with pictures and videos included!) on my car assessing the good & bad of every system in my car, triaging what was most important to address and what could wait. Because so much had to be done (due to what the dealership had NOT done), and because they took the time to deal with my 3rd party warranty company (something the dealership refused to do), they had my car for almost 3 weeks - completely footing a rental or loaner for me the entire time! In 1 service they fixed issues the dealership had been mucking around with for a year over multiple services. Customer service is 2nd to none - the shop is immaculate and modern, cold beer in the fridge, a treasure box for kids...Patrick even sent a mobile detailer to my house to clean my car afterwards! They give a 3 year warranty on all service - unheard of by the dealership. Was it cheap? Thankfully no - you don't want cheap work done on an $80k vehicle. But the charges were no more than the dealership and probably even less, all things considered. I wish I had found them from the beginning but now I won't go anywhere else!
