Bimmer Rescue is the place to go if you want your vehicle handled by someone other than the dealer, but with better professionalism and honesty. My BMW is an older car with the typical older car problems. Patrick and his crew inspected it, told me what was wrong, and came up with a game plan on what to do now and what could wait. From the looks of things, they are just as knowledgeable on newer vehicles as well. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

Thank you! I had a leak in the back on the driver side and could not figure out where the water was coming in. I took it to a couple of other garages and both assured me it was the drains from the sunroof that were clogged. I had one of them clean the drains and I thought that was that. I ran it through a car wash and the water was still there. I called one of the shops and they recommended Bimmer Rescue. I took my car to Bimmer Rescue and described the problem. Showed them where I thought the water was coming in and left the car there. I was called early the next day with a description of the problem and what was required to take care of it. Long story short, no more water! Even with the crazy rain we’ve had, no more water. I would highly recommend these guys. Kyle was great and the service techs did a wonderful job. While they had my car they performed an in-depth inspection and sent me the report. I was told my 2012 328i is in great condition. There were a few non critical recommendations which I'll let them take care of when required. Thanks so much Bimmer Rescue. I will be seeing you again for routine maintenance and if there are any issues that ever come up.

Dropped my car off. Went out of town for work. The car needed warranty work. They drive it to the Mini dealership for repair AND picked it back up for me. No charge! The know customer service.
