Bimmer Rescue was a great experience for me and my 2006 X3! They responded right away when I made an e-mail appointment and worked with me to find an appointment that worked with my schedule. Because the work needed was extensive and I live 2+ hours away, they provided me with a loaner vehicle, which allowed me to continue on with what I needed to do. They did a thorough assessment of the state of my vehicle and gave me an honest assessment of what work was critical for my safety and what could wait. Kyle was my service rep and he was totally awesome - professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He kept me informed as my car was worked on and followed up a couple of days after the service was complete to make sure everything was OK. I am completely satisfied with my Bimmer Rescue experience. I was impressed with the quality of service and will certainly return for future service on my X3.

I would like to start out by saying they have a great customer service acumen that makes you feel welcome once you walk through the door. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I needed a lot of work done on my '04 BMW 530i with 265K and the time it took to repair was going to be several days, I am glad they had transportation provided for me until I could get my vehicle back. They were very thorough with the diagnosis and pricing was below what the dealership would have charged. Need more work done and will be back.

I took my 2015 435i in for exhaust and breaks. They were able to custom fit the exhaust I needed, install the breaks, fix my windshield, and install pathway lights for my doors in less then 2 business days! I was extremely pleased with the service. The team was very professional along with incredibly friendly. They also gave me a loaner car for free while my car was in their shop. I will going back for more upgrades and service very soon.

I heard about Bimmer Rescue because I was parked in the Airport Terminal and Patrick put his card on my window with "Nice!" written on the back. I laughed it off like this dude really likes Bimmers. After two not so good experiences with my local Stealership I decided to give them a shot and I was more than satisfied. Patrick and Mike were really nice and professional. The shop was clean and they gave me a loaner. Try getting a loaner at the Stealership for a 2007 without scheduling a decade in advance. I loved the vehicle report and how Mike took the time to go over it with me. There was no pressure to fix anything and he left the decision up to me with no pressure. I will be back!

Had the opportunity to work with Mike and Patrick and was very impressed! Great, and unique experience of getting an in-depth walk through of my vehicle was a refreshing change of pace. They even got me in a car for the short time my car was in shop and made the process that much more stress free. Thanks guys!
