Patrick and his team at Bimmer Rescue have truly lived up to the "Rescue" part of their name. This past week, I urgently needed to purchase a used car for a family member who lives in North Carolina. Unfortunately, I chose poorly, and the car had numerous issues with it. I needed someone I trusted to inspect the car and fix the major problems and to do it right away. Patrick made that happen. He went above and beyond by doing everything he could to make things easy for me: offering to provide a rental car to my family member in NC until I could get the car to her, providing me a ride home when the car had to stay in the shop overnight, helping me locate a reputable auto shop in NC where additional, lower priority repairs could be made and then staying quite late on Friday night to get the car finished. These guys are the best! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Patrick and his team are the most thoughtful, friendly, and professional individuals I have encountered in the car repair industry. I've had my 2011 328i worked on a couple of times at Bimmer Rescue. I appreciated the speed of service, quotes before repair, and accommodations with travel. They were able to discuss with me what was most critical at that time staying within my budget, and then I brought it back in for the rest of the repairs at a later date. I definitely plan on returning to them in the future!

Really glad I got a pre-purchase inspection done here. Their work on the car was thorough and detailed, as was the report that they produced for me to look at. They explained everything in terms that I could understand (being new to the marque), and explained how I might choose to prioritize certain repairs based on my projected use for the car. I feel a lot better having their eyes on the car I'm looking at, and really appreciate the level of care and detail they went to. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the pre-purchase inspection came in $50 more than they estimated on the phone. Otherwise, I was more than happy with everything.

I have taken my car couple of times to the service station. It is worth chatting for few minutes with Patrick to get a sense of his view and philosophy behind preventive maintenance and why it makes sense especially when you own a BMW. Good cars should be cared of by experts and Patrick is definitely one of them. Patrick and the team have gone over and beyond every single time I took my car there. If anything I recommend anyone to go at the least talk to them and have a first hand experience of what I am talking about. I trust them and will continue to take my car to Bimmer rescue!

I've brought my car to Patrick and his Bimmer Rescue team for 4 years now since I first acquired my E46. The attention to detail and personal service I've experienced over those years has been a refreshing reminder that good people can make good business and I'm happy to support them. I've happily watched them grow and expand over the years, but I'm more happy that they've not lost that personal touch that makes a person want to come back.

After our 328I coupe maintenance warranty expired, we searched for a local place true enthusiasts would take their BMWs and found found Bimmer Rescue. Patrick and his team have created a unique shop with passionate, knowledgeable staff, unsurpassed customer service and fair prices. It doesn't matter if your car is the daily driver, a classic which requires some work, a PPI on a Clown Shoe or an HPDE track vehicle, you must give Patric a call and schedule an appointment. They are simply the best in every respect!
