Took my 2015 435 in for exhaust and brakes. They were able to custom fit the exhaust I needed, instal breaks, fix my windshield and install some pathway lights under my doors in less then 2 business days. The team was extremely professional and very friendly. I highly recommend these guys to anyone with a BMW. I will definitely be returning for more upgrades!

The guys a Bimmer Rescue seem to know what they are doing. I took my X5 Diesel there after trying several other indy shops and the local dealership. Kyle and the rest of the team made me feel welcome and a part of the process. Before doing any repairs they went over the car and provided me with a health check report indicating what issues I might have. Only then did they provide me with a quote for the work that I wanted to have done. The free loaner car was a big plus as well. They fixed my car and while the work was not inexpensive, they made me feel like I was getting work the work done for a reasonable price.

Great Service! Buying a Mini Cooper from out of state and needed a Prepurchase Inspection. Very friendly and easy to deal with over the phone. Thorough and detailed inspection with plenty of pictures and a good write up of what items needed attention. Would highly recommend.

Bimmer Rescue sets the bar for how excellent service auto shops should treat their customers. Their service is also tech savvy and shows a real understanding of how to properly integrate technology with good customer service. Upon drop off, they offered to call me an Uber to wherever I needed to go for the day, as well as have me picked up. When the repairs ran long (my 12 year old MINI needed some love) then lent me the awesome Rescue Wagon. Totally fine with driving around a BMW Wagon while I waited. When it came time to make decisions about what I needed to fix, they sent me an online link with a FULL inspection by the mechanic including pictures and suggestions on repairs. I could review these online at my convenience before I returned the call to made the decisions about what needed work. The review was thorough, helpful and accurate. Oh, and of course, they fixed the main issues with my MINI and it's running great. I'll be coming back to them for more maintenance as well as sending another car their way.

First visit at Bimmer Rescue I came in with issues I’ve had on my 08’ M5 and battled with another larger company. I decided to take it to someone else after spending “another” $1500 the day before and continually never “fixing” the issues. With Bimmer there were a few draw backs and I had to return it but they not only welcomed me but “sent” a loner vehicle (to my house) to go another route to fix the acuator and never asked for another dime.
