Great auto service and great customer service!

I brought my 1997 528i to Bimmer Rescue to sort out several issues related to suspension and fluid leaks. They have done a great job not only fixing what is needed but prioritizing other minor issues so I can plan my maintenance over the next year. I am not being forced inot unneeded repairs like most repairs shops do. I am now a faithful customer of Bimmer Rescue!

I purchased a 2004 BMW 330Ci, when I had a state inspection done, the shop noted some seepage on the rear end but said they did not have the tools to make a repair. I took the car to Bimmer Rescue to have it checked out. To my surprise, Bimmer Rescue said the rear end seals did not need to be replaced at this time. They went so far as to checkout the whole car & gave me a list of items to keep an eye on. They did not charge me a cent for any thing. I will be going back to them when the car does need some work done. Excellent customer service is hard to find. Most shops would have done the work.

These guys take great care of your BMW. They updated me before doing anything, and tried to save you as much money as possible. Very informative and helpful with any questions you have.

I have owned MINI Coopers for 12 years, and always went to the dealer because I didn't think anyone could service them better. My MINI Service pan ran out, and I didn't like the high pricing of the dealers. I found Bimmer Rescue online, and gave them a shot. They are just as qualified as the dealer, and cheaper. I have found a new home for my car service. If your car needs a little TLC, this is the place to go.

Patrick and his team provided first class service and guidance in installing suspension mods to my M4. The outcome was outstanding and I highly recommend Bimmer Rescue.

It's easy to see Patrick's passion for all things BMW. I appreciated the thorough inspection they performed on my rare E30 giving me a great starting point for how best to improve the car. All work was performed to a high standard with no surprises.

I took my car in because the BMW service department said I needed to replace a temperature sensor on my 7 series. this would of cost me 764.00 so I thought I would get a second opinion. Mike kept the car for two days and ran multiple tests and found out I did not need the sensor. I am very happy with the result and will take my car their for future service. Honesty goes a long way

I've been very impressed with the attention to detail by Bimmer Rescue, recently on an e30 repair they were able to identify the source of the leak that was missed or misdiagnosed by another shop. I've been very impressed with their technical skills and knowledge, as well as courteous professional communication. Plus they have really cool artwork including a custom-made BMW engine artwork in their waiting room!

Patrick and Mike are great people to work with. I always have a fun experience with their shop and they have my 100% trust. Not to mention Patrick breathed new life into my 15 year old X5. Super accommodating, super nice and super fair. Thanks again for the great work.
