Overpriced, slow, meticulous, and honest. Come here if you want to spend up to $400 an hour on labor! So here's the low down: This place offers top quality service, but the prices are very inflated. For instance I had to get my rear fuel pump replaced in my 2012 328i and they charged me $820. If you Google replacement avg replacement costs it's $530 Now let's break it down: *150 diagnostic - ok seems fair, the diagnostic was meticulous. *250 for the part - double the price of the part at the store... still pretty standard. $400 for labor. This procedure on takes an hour! So they charged me $400 AN HOUR in labor Pros of bimmer rescue: 1) honesty: They found a diamond ring in my car, that I didnt know was there, and told me about it. 2) quality work: They did a fine job fixing my car. Cons of Bimmer Rescue 1) super expensive labor costs 2) slow service (took 1 week to fix my car) In conclusion, if you love spending/wasting/ investing money on your BMW (whatever you call it) and want it to run perfectly, come here. If you like having money in the bank and want to get charged regular prices for repairs, there are other honest mechanics nearby who provide great service for far lower prices (barring the dealership of course).
