I seriously wish there was a 100 star option. This place is unreal. Full transparency, full care, and full respect. Honestly I’ve never had such a great experience with ANY business EVER. Patrick needs to be a teacher and teach people how business is supposed to be ran. I’m a woman ok, and i know very little about cars except changing my wiper fluid and i think that’s about it. I appreciated first of all getting pictures and explanations why something needed to be done and whether it was urgent or not. I was ripped off last year by a dealership for 2 minor things and a service, so this time I came to Bimmer Rescue for my service. Omg. If that place was a person, I’d give it a giant hug. I’ve had such a great experience that I can’t shut up about it. With everything they do, they have a 3 year warranty on it, AND you get a roadside assistance from them. So many things that a vook could be written about this place. If you have a BMW, Mini, or Audi, DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Thank you for taking care of Lucy and for giving me a peace of mind. You have gained a lifetime customer.

First visit...Won't be my last!! Needed a new place to get my Mini Cooper serviced and I found it with Bimmer Rescue!! I felt great from the minute I dropped off my car. They graciously worked with my schedule...provided a loaner car and kept me informed all along the way. My "Gracie" has found a new home to get her up and running in tip-top shape! I’m new to Richmond and drive an Audi which I won’t trust with just anyone and no one wants to deal with the dealership. These guys have been great - they’re professional, attentive and even fun. They've had quick service with loaner car options which made my life much easier.

These guys know what they're doing! I had 4 control arms replaced on front and rear, and alignment dialed in on my A4, and the handling is super tight now. The real challenge however was in dealing with my warranty company. Even though a complete mess, Kyle stayed on it. Won't even consider going anywhere else in the future. Even got some complimentary swag when I hopped in to go home.
