I went to Bimmer Rescue after a recommendation from a friend for a quick oil change and tire rotation. They communicated quickly and effectively getting me an appointment almost immediately. My car had needed a couple new tires for months, so after a quick assessment of my vehicle Rick took the time to explain how important it was to get them changed and even comped my oil change and tire rotation so I could get the tires. I felt comfortable and trusting of the whole process and had my car back in 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone and can’t say enough great things about their character and work. Absolutely phenomenal service!! Thanks again y’all!

When I want the job done right on my BMW I never go any place else. These folks personify professional service.

To put it simply; these guys are real mechanics, not parts replacers. That may not mean much to the under forty crowd, but that’s pretty much what you get at a lot of dealerships, plus you don’t have to deal with a lot of “attitude”.

My experience is with my 2008 1-series that I adopted from my sister. I knew there was a lot of work to get done, and these guys broke it down for me and assessed what should be done right away and what could wait. The staff was very professional and honest about the time frame and the cost. They offered me a loaner, and kept me in the loop for the process. The work was done correctly and in a timely manner. I ended up getting my car detailed as well and that part was the part that blew me away! I do not recognize this car! For a 12 year old car it looks brand new, inside, and under the hood! Now detailing will be a part of everything I get done, and there is lots more to do..of course. Final say: These guys are rockstars! You won't be disappointed. (And if you are, they will go way above and beyond to make it right!!!)

Bimmer Rescue is hands down one of the premier shops in RVA to take your BMW, Mini, or Audi to. The team (lead by Patrick and Rick) are top notch in professionalism, thoroughness, and kindness. Its a refreshing approach to vehicle maintenance and repair, and I appreciated their transparency in every step of the process. From keeping in touch, to a courtesy vehicle, to coordinating repairs with my existing warranty provider, this shop goes above and beyond in every aspect of service possible. I liken the experience to the "Chick Fil A Model for Cars", and they consistently deliver. This is the only shop I'll go to in RVA, and I appreciate both their mission and the opportunity to support a great shop!

Highlights they ask...hmmm...clean shop...polite staff...they give back to their community especially so with the COVID-19 pox as they are making masks/shields for first responders and nurses. They use technology well to explain their assessments. I so enjoyed Patrick and Rick today. When the World reopens I hope to stop by and have coffee with them. Genuine folks.

Anna, Rick and their team are a great bunch to work with. I took my E46 M3 to them for a second opinion on some extensive work needed. They performed their Health Review service on my car. Ironically I ended up requiring even more work than was first projected by the dealership. That said, I chose to have Bimmer Rescue begin the work needed due to the trust their processes instilled in me. As all BMW owners know, there are times when it’s painful to be an owner! This is one of those occasions for me but I’m glad I found Bimmer Rescue through BMWCCA. Patrick and Rick- if I may make one suggestion, it’s to provide wash services to the cars before pickup. My car was extremely dirty when I got it back. One of the great touches of working with BMW Service is that you always pick up a clean car. It’s a small thing but certainly one element that got me convinced to stay a BMW owner these last 15 years. Thanks for all that you did to get me up and running!
