Patrick, Rick and all of the technicians have continually provided outstanding support for my 2012 X series. The vehicle has a good deal of miles and things happen with BMWs of course. Patrick and team have taken extra steps working with me for best estimates on wear, value of repairs and options for worst-case scenarios and that goes well beyond what most teams would engage in. My vehicle continues to run at top performance and I feel very confident that the BR team will maintain it that way. I could not ask for a more personable and family-like experience. Amazing place with a great staff. This is my first Mini and they looked it over and gave me an honest assessment on what work it needed. No pressure, they took pictures and explained exactly what was going on. I got a loaner while it was in the shop. Several of the mechanics worked at Mini prior to coming here and they know their stuff. I’ll be a return customer for sure.

Seriously the most awesome service. Brought my car for an inspection and right from the start they were super friendly and offered to get me an Uber to work while they looked it over. Unfortunately there was a lot more work required on it than I was willing to spend and they got me an Uber back to pick it up *AND* waived the fee for the inspection. I tried to pay for the Ubers and they wouldnt let me! Absolutely stunning service.

Very thorough report complete with relevant vehicle pictures. The report also included tutorial videos on particular areas of the car. They take into consideration your future plans for the car and prioritize items requiring attention. They use your prior service records in the evaluation process. Easy to work with and professional.
