Bimmer Rescue came highly recommended by a friend and I have to say I was very pleased with the service they provided, I had a problem with my headlights but first let me start off by saying I was impress with how clean the facility is and the staff is welcoming, Kyle and Patrick are very knowledgeable, they went over every thing in detail with me before starting the work, they provided me with a loner as well, I did not feel like a customer I feel like family, you can tell the passion they have for helping and pleasing their customers, I was treated with the utmost respect I will be returning.

Had a pre-purchase inspection of a used BMW 2 series convertible. They checked everything, provided a thorough digital report on what needed to be addressed right away and what could wait. Answered my questions. They'll be maintaining the car after I buy it. Highly recommended.

Absolutely positive experience. The detailed total vehicle check-in report identified and made recommendations for previously unknown issues. Kyle was very responsive & patient as I weighed the decision to proceed over several days. A 2002 325i worth bringing back to life. The entire staff is friendly and professional - who would guess that the following week, Gareth, whom I saw just once in the parking lot, would recognize & approach me in public to say hello and ask how the car was driving. 5 Stars!

These guys are awesome. Found them on the interwebs after being dissatisfied multiple times with the local stealership. They been caring for my 07 530 for the last 5 years during which time they've expanded a lot to provide loaners for when cars are in for a long time & roadside assistance service plus other services. They really take the time to do the job right,keeping a car for extended length of time to figure out the problem. If you want to have a job done correctly, not have unnecessary repairs foisted upon you by a large company and support a local business, this is your place. If you are looking for bargain basement prices for repairs, you probably shouldn't be driving a BMW.

Bimmer Rescue did a great job on my M5 service. The process was completely painless, I got a full report on my vehicles various systems and reports and pictures of everything of interest or concern. Amazing door-to-door service from Patrick and the rest of the crew at Bimmer Rescue. I stalled in Midlothian, VA on my way down to Florida and had my BMW towed to the nearest BMW service shop. BMW couldn't fixed the issue so that I looked for other resources while out of town. I found Bimmer Rescue because of their exceptional ratings and raving reviews so that I gave them a try. From the moment I first called to the day I picked up my car, customer service is top notch. They are very responsive via text, phone calls and made sure I am aware of what's being done to my car. They were able to find the problem that's causing the drivetrain malfunction on my Bimmer and fixed it for less than half of the cost BMW service repair was going to charge me for. Patrick also picked me up at the airport to their shop on the day I picked up my car. Thank you again for the quality work and service! More than 5 stars all the way!!

Took my car there for a second opinion regarding a headlight problem. Very pleased with the testing, trouble-shooting, and identifying of the exact problem. They gave the car a very thorough inspection with a health assessment and list of maintenance issues that need to be sorted- basically I need another car! :D
