It's always great dealing with the folks at Bimmer Rescue. They know you by name, are friendly and knowledgeable. They make an extraordinary effort to make leaving a car with them as simple on your day-to-day routine as possible, whether by having Enterprise there within minutes of having walked through the door, or providing their own loaner. I don't think I've ever spent more than 10-15 minutes on a drop off/loaner car pick-up, for the entire transaction. For one particular servicing, they felt the work had taken longer than anticipated and drove my car back to my house, 40 minutes away, to swap out the loaner when my schedule didn't permit coming to them. They're definitely a cut above!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Bimmer Rescue! Mike and Patrick are always so helpful and I will be coming to them from now on. I've already told fellow BMW/Mini owners about them as well!

I discovered Bimmer Rescue as I looked up the number to call another service provider - that had already provided a spotty laundry list of "could-dos" so I thought I'll check into these guys [Bimmer Rescue] for a (third) opinion. From the get-go, they were communicative, friendly and I felt at ease - those other quotes kept growing and growing. After reviewing my car, the Bimmer Rescue team suggested 2 plans depending on how I would be using the car. In full disclosure, neither quote was the least expensive BUT I felt the options we comprehensive...tackling what would have been "surprises" and return visits to other service departments. Service was completed quickly and getting back on the road has been a smooth trip. Thank you, Bimmer Rescue!

So happy I found Bimmer Rescue! They took an old tired Mini Cooper and turned it into a young spirited roadster. Mike and Patrick really know Mini's. The Mini Dealership said I needed a new clutch and new convertible retractions cables that would cost me thousands. Bimmer Rescue inspected both and said I had many more miles left on those components and that there was no need to replace them! Great auto service and great customer service!

I brought my 1997 528i to Bimmer Rescue to sort out several issues related to suspension and fluid leaks. They have done a great job not only fixing what is needed but prioritizing other minor issues so I can plan my maintenance over the next year. I am not being forced inot unneeded repairs like most repairs shops do. I am now a faithful customer of Bimmer Rescue!
