They completely inspected our car before the purchase, and now having owned it for one year we've had no issues at all. Great, Great, Great experience! Absolutely appreciated the professionalism and care displayed from the beginning of the service. Their knowledge and understanding of my vehicle was far better than the individuals I dealt with at the BMW dealership. The full assessment of my vehicle that they provided sets them apart from all others. Everyone showed that they cared about getting me back in the car and making sure it would perform as BMW's should! Mike is awesome and I will be using them again for my 535i and will start bringing my wife's X5. You guys have a great thing going on and have set yourselves far above others in the Richmond market!!!

Brought my Mini in for an oil change and needed some additional work done. This was unexpected, but everyone at Bimmer Rescue made me feel at ease + talked me through what needed to be replaced. As a female, I am always worried about being pulled a fast one at a repair shop. These guys were fantastic. Thank you!

The did a great job finding and fixing all that was wrong with my new 2006 Mini convertible. I was afraid that it was going to cost a lot, but they were very reasonably priced. I had a major issue with motor (harmonic balancer) which was causing oil leak and small problem with brakes. They sent a text with a report card of all parts of the car, and fixed mine fairly fast (small delay with parts) they offered a loaner, but I didn't take them up on it. All in all I had a great experience ( I know, great experience at a car repair place, lol)at Bimmer Rescue!

Have used Bimmer Rescue for our recently out of warranty 2012 X5 and our newly acquired 1988 325I Convertible. Up front and honest evaluation of both cars and recommendations on things that were "must haves" vs "wants". Fair pricing compared to other places we researched and far better than the dealerships. Quick and easy scheduling service and also provide Uber drop off and pick up convenience. Highly recommend for anyone with an every day driver OR a vintage toy that needs some attention.
