the repair was done in a timely way and I was kept informed by Ian. My only small piece of advice is this when a customer is paying thousands of dollars for repairs that I would assume makes your company a decent profit don't charge $25 for a key fob battery!! Hide the price in somewhere I can't see or do like Lexus and give it to me. I mean really $25!!!

Had my 2019 BMW x5 serviced and everything went well. Everyone here was polite, informative, and supportive towards handling things as smoothly as possible, also provided a complimentary loaner vehicle (along with Uber rides) so that I could go to work while they finished servicing my vehicle.
