Bimmer Rescue did an excellent job on my 3 series. I was contacted throughout the process and kept completely informed. They discovered issues early that saved me on potential headaches later. Worth every penny, their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They make great use of technology to document work performed which includes pictures of various parts that can be texted to you for visual confirmation of any issues they uncover (or work to be performed). As a BMW owner in it for the long haul (I’m going for high mileage and long term ownership) I can rest assured that my vehicle will receive top quality preventive maintenance from Bimmer Rescue (they also have master technicians with two plus decades of experience). Thank you guys, you’re the best in town. I’ll be back in September for state inspection & December for bi annual maintenance

Always wanting a convertible; I purchased a 2003 BMW Z4 online that appeared to be in good shape. To rest assured that I made a solid purchase, I took the car to Bimmer Rescue and got one of their signature health checks. It proved to be a good decision as the car was given a thorough exam. There were several challenges with the car but nothing major and the team at Bimmer Rescue help me to create a plan to get all the repairs done in the most efficient and economical fashion. Several items have been repaired and I must say The Z4 is purring nicely! I would be remiss if I did not emphasize the fact that a team member from Bimmer Rescue kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle while under their care. That is very assuring to me. I still have a couple more things to do to the Z and I am on a maintenance schedule to have the services complete. If you are looking for knowledgeable BMW technicians, and a courteous, polite, and honest team of individuals to meet your BMW service needs, than look no further than Bimmer Rescue! My 2013 Mini Countyman just hit 100,000 miles and the extended maintenance service plan with the dealership ran out. Anna got me checked in before they officially opened and got me an uber to and from work. Bimmer provided me with a very detailed report including pictures outlining everything related to my car. During pickup I got to meet Patrick and he's fantastic! I love his commitment to transparency with his customers and health and wellness with his employees. I feel good about supporting this local shop and will be back for all my future Mini needs.

Have a 12 year old mini and after her first visit to BR she runs like new! Feels super tight and rode got way smoother, even the kids noticed! Loved having the loaner option since we don’t live/work in Richmond, and the folks worked around my schedule, even when it changed last minute! Great crew, friendly, knowledgeable and with a great sense of humor! Will definitely come back for her next service!

Bimmer Rescue did a great job working on my 27 year-old BMW E36 with included a host of maintenance, a wheel bearing replacement, brake hose replacements, and rear brakes. Kyle's professionalism and the quality of the work performed by the techiician(s) was outstanding. I felt like they went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer, and that they liked working on my car. Thank you!

I had my care serviced here for 3-4 years and although some times I had to bring it back the next day for something minor, I liked the staff and of course, Patrick is a real charming guy. My company went through an M&A so I had to scrutinize expenditures a bit more closely after being laid -off. I asked Patrick anything he could do to keep the costs down would be really appreciated while going through a rough patch. Now I know it is not Bimmer Rescue's job to act as a non-profit for folks in a bind, but I needed to have my belt-tensioners replaced due to a warning light on the dash. Bimmer quoted me $1100. I don't know why but that seemed high so I checked around and got pricing for parts and labor at Richmond BMW (yes I know not to get my car worked on there!). To have it done at the dealership came to $550. Odd that is was exactly double the Bimmer quote. Now these guys are good and most that own German performance are accustomed to and even pride themselves on the cost of maintaining their beauties, however that seemed like a pretty hefty premium for the privilege. I have not been back since simply because I can't justify the difference. So three stars up because they are good, 2 stars down due to the premium. Update: Within a half hour of this post I got a call from Patrick. At the time the aforementioned experience occurred when there was an employee that handled the quote who no longer works there. Actually Patrick was never involved in comprising the quote. That being said it does say a lot about Patrick in that he was concerned enough to reach out to me and discuss what transpired. I will give the benefit of the doubt, knowing Patrick, that the employee was in err when comprising the quote.

Greg, first off thank you for sharing feedback with us, we use this feedback to make changes in our business; we take your words very seriously. Thank you for also taking my phone call today, i'm glad you were receptive and kind even know we haven't seen each other in 4 years. If we are more expensive it is usually because we are doing more work while we are in there, or there are diagnostics / required taxes included in our price that another shop is not including with an over the phone quote. I want to make sure that there was a fair comparison in price and value so I will find your records and I will call the dealership to see if they have a written quote from 2016 as well. I will call you before the weekend with my findings, again thank you for your feedback!
