The best customer service!! It was a 9:30 am appointment and I had planned on waiting but the job was going to take longer than I had expected. Without any hesitation the Owner, Patrick, drove me home, from West end to Northside. This is during the Covid-19 pandemic. He wore a mask as did I and with gloves he thoroughly sanitized the passenger side of his car before I entered. Late afternoon he returned to pick me up and did the same sanitizing again. After bringing my car to the front of the shop they thoroughly sanitized it before letting me get in. The work they did was superb and very reasonably priced.

My experience with Bimmer Rescue was one of if not the best service experience I have had. They went far and beyond for me at the same time letting me being involved in every step along the way. Also the employees at Bimmer Rescue are top in class. I had the pleasure of working with Rich who was incredibly kind understanding and informative. In the whole process of fixing my car. It's rare to come out of any car repair feeling good. However, driving out of Bimmer rescue I felt relived and thankful that my car was at Bimmer Rescue. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Wow! Great experience with these guys! They were offering a promotion for first responders and also offered to give me face shields for the people I worked with during Covid. They were very accommodating and gave me a rental while they did work on my car. 100% recommend!

Your company is very unprofessional. To see one of your workers go to Facebook and try to make light of a situation about sittings outside with no masks was very disrespectful. For them to be asked to sit outside when having a mask & then going to Facebook saying they didn’t have any on was even more a slap in the face. I recommend you all learn equality. Not only white people who come through there have money and black people do matter!

Patrick and the Team were quick at setting up an appointment, provided me a loaner car, clearly communicated what will be done on the vehicle, provided me a thorough, with pictures, report of what needs to be addressed soon, reasonably priced estimates and out the door in a quick but safe fashion! What else is there to say! Bring your BMW and for that matter any other vehicle to them for an honest and thorough job.
