They treat you like an actual person, and not just a service ticket. You can tell that they actually care about their customers. In addition, it was very easy to make an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. The fact that they offer loaner vehicles or rides to work without jumping through hoops as other shops typically do was extremely helpful. I absolutely loved the text I got with the photos of my car and the detailed explanations of what was recommended to be fixed. I would highly recommend this shop to others and look forward to going back when I need service.
