The staff at this business went above and beyond any expectations I have ever had in a repair shop. My 2008 Audi S5 4.2 had been severely neglected by the previous owner. James, Rick, Patrick, and the rest of the staff meticulously examined every aspect of my car. Then repaired or replaced even the slightest of concerns. On top of that, they repaired my girl friend’s Fiat 500 as well. My loyalty will always be with Bimmer Rescue, no matter where I live in the US. Distance doesn’t substitute quality. Thank you.

I wasn’t sure what service my car needed. Bummer Rescue did a full check then gave me 3 lists: A must do now, can do later and a it would be nice list. They went over everything and didn’t start the work until I said exactly what I wanted done. I traveled about an hour to use Bimmer Rescue and they provided a loaner while my car was there. It was easy to make an appt, the people are so nice and my car is running like a dream.
