Rick was amazing from the day he confirmed my appointment via text, very personable and very professional . Everyone were very friendly and the technicians were efficient and completed my oil change pretty quickly. Fees were affordable as I debated whether to take my 2020 X1 to the dealer. I made the best choice . I highly recommend and will be returning for all my maintenance needs.
