My repair was guides for timing chain and guibo and axle boots. I worked exclusively with Dana who was very knowledgeable and informative, he worked with warranty company countless hrs on covered items and was very patient. I would certainly recommend for future needs.

Excellent customer service. Very clean shop. Offered options for me and ended up starting with a simple check over the whole vehicle. They paid for an Uber to take me home. Not the cheapest, but I think honest. I definitely will consider returning when I have engine issues. 2012 Volkswagen EOS

I had my 2015 BMW 428ix in for a second opinion from the BMW dealership, who couldn't positively identify the issue. By far more professional and willing to listen to my concerns at Bimmer Rescue. We even took the car out for a test drive with the technician to better understand/identify the noise from the vehicle. Bimmer Rescue identified the issue and was able to fix the suspension and install new front brakes and rotors. They even offered a loaner vehicle while being repaired! Highly recommend Bimmer Rescue for all my BMW service needs!

Bimmer Rescue performers a few repairs for my BMW X1 28i. They did a great job with all the repairs: timing chain replacement, thrust arm bushings replaced, front struts replaced, and the serpentine belt replaced. I would recommend them and will use their services in the future.
