First off when I called to make the appointment for service I was highly impressed with their customer service. Rick has such a good personality! After my car was diagnosed and I went to pick it up, Rick knew my bubble had been burst with the bad news on the issues with my car. He sat down and reviewed all the pictures that the technicians took when diagnosing my vehicle and explained everything and my options. While I have chosen not to repair my car due to the cost and age of the vehicle, if I had, Bimmer Rescue would have been my choice!
