My husband and I took our vehicle to Bimmer Rescue and were met with great customer service from the Bimmer Rescue team, especially by Skip. My husband has a 2011 335is and needed the HPFP done as well as the fuel control module, and Skip and the team got the work taken care of and our vehicle back in time before the holiday weekend. We had a few questions and concerns but they were addressed promptly by Skip who was able to relay the information to the tech working on our vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and once they did the diagnostic, they explained everything to me. Then we went over what I needed to have done immediately and the items that could wait a little while longer. My BMW 528i is running much better now!
