Cannot say enough great things about this place! I was traveling through from out of town when something went wrong with my car. I immediately searched a place to stop that could service BMWs, and found Bimmer Rescue. When I arrived, I was so overwhelmed because I had no idea what was wrong and felt out of my element being in an unfamiliar place. Patrick was so delightful and assured me that they would figure it all out. They did, and Patrick did a great job explaining to me what was wrong and the best next steps to fix it. They had my car fixed up in about 24 hours, and even sent me a detailed report of everything they inspected as they checked over the car. Even though I live about 2 hours away, I will continue to do business with Bimmer Rescue. They provide an amazing customer experience that is unparalleled from anything I’ve experienced before.
