These guys are outstanding in their services, timeliness and courtesy. 2 years after a service I did for my car with them, I needed some paperwork, and I called them. Within 10 minutes, they (Mike helped me) provided all the documents. I have always heard professionalism when we get services, but true ones persists even after years we are done getting their services. If I ever move back to Richmond area, I am going there and I recommend them highly to anyone without hesitation.

THIS is customer service at its finest! Mike, Patrick, and the rest of the bimmer rescue team are amazing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when dealing with your car. As soon as you walk in the door, you are treated as a valued customer and not just a number. They made sure the entire process was as stress free as possible, even providing a rental free of charge. Quality parts, quality service, quality people. They have earned my business going forward, I'll never see the inside of the dealership again unless Im buying a new car!! (Fyi -- had my radiator and hoses replaced, they diagnosed and fixed within 2 days)

I can't say enough great things about Mike and Patrick. I went to BMW on West Broad to get my rear brake pads and rotors replaced this morning. I had an appointment set for 8am and I was told I would be out of there in a couple of hours. I waited 1.5 hours just to be told that there was no issue with my brakes according to what their computer systems were saying. They didn't have the decency to drive my car and listen for the extremely loud and annoying sound my brakes were making. I finally convinced them to go for a ride and then the technician all of a sudden found something with my rear brakes. Not only did he find something with my rear brakes he gave me a list of 7 other items (they were too busy trying to figure out what other repairs they could get me for instead of actually listening to my current issue) and told me I'd have to wait another 4-6 hours for the rear brakes to be replaced. I immediately left and took my car to Bimmer Rescue and Patrick and Mike had my car fixed in a couple of hours, paid for a rental car for me to have for those two hours, charged me less, and looked at the other items BMW was trying to get me to fix. Come to find out, BMW was trying to charge me for a few items where an issue didn't even exist. If you want an HONEST place to get your BMW fixed, go to Bimmer Rescue. If you want to work with people that respect your time and always over deliver, go to Bimmer Rescue. If you want to get ripped off and you want to waste your time, well then go to BMW on West Broad. I had just received an estimate for repairs from the dealership for $4,300. Given how high that was, I decided I needed a second opinion. I came across Bimmer Rescue in a Google search and saw they had a 4.7 out of 5 stars. I never imagined a car repair place could have scores that high, but with enough positive reviews, I decided to give them a shot. After the first phone call, it was obvious to me why they had earned the ratings they did. I outlined the situation to Patrick. He asked me how long I wanted to drive the car and promised to provide an assessment of not just was might be needed to solve the current issues, but how likely I would be to be able to keep it as long as I wanted and what would be needed over time to do that. While not promising to cost less on the repairs they performed (but they were cheaper!), he said it was quite common that they could find alternate ways to solve the problem and that the dealership often recommends repairs that aren't needed - so they might be able to save me money that way. I was out of town, so they offered to pick my car up for me at the dealership and bring it to their shop. And if they didn't have my repairs done by the time I was home, they'd provide a loaner for me. After checking my car out, they did indeed recommend a different set of repairs. I found Patrick to be exceptional at outlining the options I had and why. He was able to articulate how serious certain problems were or weren't and thus clarify why the dealership-recommended repairs weren't really needed. He instead found an issue that the dealership had missed which was most likely the actual root problem. When all was done, the repairs ran me $1400, a huge decrease from the dealership. So far, it appears to have done the trick. And as happy as I was, they went even further by letting me know their repairs were warranteed for (I think) 3 years and also include complimentary towing service if something goes wrong. Talk about surprise and delight... I have never had such a positive experience with a car repair place and they will now be the place I use for all of my servicing.

Patrick and Mike have been extremely helpful and accommodating to me when I have brought my SUV in for service and repair. They are timely, have provided me with alternative vehicles, and keep me updated on the repairs. I am very happy that I take my car to Bimmer Rescue.
