I'm couldn't be happier to have found Bimmer Rescue! I recently moved to VA from MA and I was definitely a bit worried about finding a new trustworthy shop for my 2004 BMW X3. Mike & Patrick at Bimmer Rescue put all my apprehension to rest, they are amazing! They definitely lived up to their name when my car needed rescuing a couple weeks ago. My car overheated on my way to work, I had no idea what to do and was freaking out a bit, so I called Mike and he arranged everything for me. It was a busy Friday and he went well out of his way to help get my car towed to the shop and arranged a loaner vehicle for me. I can't recommend Bimmer Rescue enough, they're great!!!

This was my first trip to an independent service shop after my warranty expired. Bimmer Rescue was fantastic. They did a great job taking care of my car, provided a full report of their work complete with photos, and were very reasonably priced. They are my go-to shop from now on!
