Although the repairs took a bit longer than expected, I was really happy when I got my car back. It is driving even smoother than it was before we dropped it off. Very pleased with the work that was done.

They say third time's a charm! Well, Id say for me, first, second, and third, all appointments have been phenomenal and a charm. I got a new battery installed to my Bimmer recently. My Baby starts like a power machine now. Cold weather, low temperatures, no problem at all anymore. My 2012 BMW starts like a brand new machine!!! Best part of my appointment, they fixed the Engine/ignition Auto shut off feature which I have always felt is THE coolest feature on BMWs when your car comes to a complete stop. I had missed it for a long time! They did it at NO EXTRA COST! Their free pick-up and drop-off was amazing as always! Very professional, punctual, proactive, and friendly Bimmer family that I've got here in Richmond! If I had a Car Health Insurance card for my Bimmer, Bimmer Rescue would be listed as the PCP (Primary Care Physician) for my Bimmer!
