I have a 2013 Mini Cooper S with 42,000 miles and have never had a problem with this car. A light came on indicating that I needed to stop driving the car and have it looked at immediately. I called Bimmer Rescue. And, from that moment on was treated with incredible customer service. The best thing was running into an old friend, Rick Nelson who really took care of me and my mini. The diagnostics performed and recommendations for fixing my mini were thoroughly explained to me. So, I knew I was making the right decision! Thank you again for your exceptional service!!!
