We want to tune Bimmer Rescue to meet your needs, complete this survey and you get $50 towards your next service, that's how much we value your opinion! We made a lot of changes in 2016 including free loaners, 3 year warranty, text appointment reminders and community outreach. Many of these ideas came from our customers, when you ask we listen! What would you like to see?
How long does it take you to drive to our shop?
Which of these features would you like this year?

Nationwide warranty coverage (You can drop your car off at any shop and we'll pay the bill)

Girl Scouts of America (we are helping scouts earn their car car merit badge)

What repair options do you prefer?
Gold: The gold option repairs your issue with the car but also includes the "while we're in there" parts and any other repairs that have labor overlap. The gold option is always the best value if you plan to keep the car for a long time because it gets many birds with one stone.
Silver: The silver option repairs your issue and includes the "while we're in there" parts, but leaves other repairs that have overlap for next time. This is not as good value as gold because we missed an opportunity to save money, but is still a good option.
Bronze: The bronze option repairs your issue but does not include any "while you're in there" parts. This option is not good value because it only fixes the big issue, but it fixes the car and gets you back on the road.
